Returns Policy

 

The exchange and return policy is a set of rules and laws set by the company, at their discretion, through which the method of dealing with returns is clarified, as per the KSA Consumer Protection Authority. 

 

Consumer rights when replacing and returning goods in KSA:

1. If the product or commodity is proven to be fraudulent or defective.

2. If the store has a policy that includes the consumer's right to replace and return, then the terms of return and replacement specified in the store's policy shall apply.

3. That shops and commercial establishments have a policy regarding the terms and periods for replacing and returning goods:

4. Clear and understandable to the consumer.

5. Written in Arabic, and may be written in another foreign language.

6. The store must announce the terms and conditions of exchange and return in a prominent and clear place in the store (at the accounting boxes and on the invoices from the back) and that they are consistent with the nature of each commodity or merchandise and in a manner that guarantees the rights of the seller and the buyer.

7. The consumer has the right to exchange or return the goods, merchandise and machines within the time period specified for that by the stores and commercial establishments (the producer, importer, distributor and seller), starting from the date of receipt of the goods.

8. The consumer has the right to replace or return the goods he purchases during commercial discount periods if the store has a policy that allows this.

 9. The consumer has the right, if the conditions for returning the goods are met, the seller must return the price using the same method of payment in which the purchase was made, unless the two parties agree to specify another method for returning the price.
