DELIVERY

Once the order is placed, the process of shipping will vary as follows under the following circumstances, although the status of the order will be updated as per the Logistic services

• If one or more item is purchased: Within 2 to 10 days from the date of order and region of delivery.
• Order delivery will be from 9 AM till 5 PM from Saturday till Thursday
• Customers identity proof is required for certain countries with regards to customs clearance. Our customer and courier help desk will coordinate with you on the same.

Alma Fashion LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
