If an item is out of stock, the add to cart button will be replaced by "Out of stock" 

In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

Orders

Shop with Trafalgar is easy. Browse the site via the categories i.e fine jewellery, watches, gifts etc or through the search bar. Then,  click on your desired item, select the color and size and click ‘Add to cart’. Your selected item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the page.

Continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" icon. When you are ready to place your order, re-check your Shopping Bag and select Proceed to Checkout. No need to create an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest. To do so, go to the checkout, and in the login step, select the option "Guest"

Please note that we do not accept COD for orders above 500KD and for "Click and Collect" orders

To track your order, connect to your online account and click on "My orders" . Then, select your order and click on "order details" to review the new order status.

If you placed your order as guest, you can still track your order by clicking on the link "Track your orders" in the footer of the page.

Add you email address and the order number that we sent you by email/SMS.

Payment

Double check that you put your correct credit card details.

You may use your store credit with your debit or credit card, or COD as a form of payment.

If you pay by debit card, we will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

If, however, you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that we do not accept a change to an address outside of the original delivery country. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception. A signature will be required on arrival however someone can sign on your behalf if you are unavailable.

We are glad to offer you free shipping and free returns.

Currently, we are delivering only in Kuwait. 

We do not currently ship to anywhere else in the world.

Store credit

You can use your store credit that you have cumulated online or from any Trafalgar stores within 1 year from the refund date.

Yes, you can use your store credit online or any store of trafalagar in Kuwait.

Gifts

During online checkout, you will be offered an option to request gift wrapping.

Our gift wrapping service is free of charge.

Trafalgar gift purchases are wrapped in our signature gift paper and tied with a satin ribbon. You may also include a personalised gift message during the checkout.  

Currently we do not offer Gift Cards on our website. However, we are developing this service so check in regularly for further updates online or with our customer care team.

We take data protection very seriously here at Trafalgar. Information you provide to us via our Website is stored on secure servers. 

 Your card details and passwords are not available to any of our employees.

However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any Website passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential.
