We offer you two choices when it comes to picking up your order from your item from your nearest Trafalgar store.

 

(i) Reserve your item online for 24 hours, free of charge, without any payment, and pick it up from a store of your choice, pending item availability.

(ii) Complete your purchase online of your preferred items and pick up the complete order from your nearest store.

 

How To Click & Collect

 

Step (1): Select your piece on the product detail page and add it to Cart.

Step (2): Proceed with the checkout process.
Step (3): On the Delivery page, select the Click and Collect option, instead of Delivery, and select your preferred Trafalgar store to pick up your order from.
Step (4): Select Proceed with payment to complete the order.
Step (5): Once your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email and SMS to confirm the pickup details.

 

• All Click & Collect orders must be paid by KNET, credit/debit card at checkout.

• Not applicable with the Cash on Delivery option.

• If you would like to authorize someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, please provide them with a signed letter of consent with their name, phone number and ID details so they may present it in the store.

 

How To Reserve & Collect

 

Step (1): Select your piece on the product detail page and click on Reserve & Collect.

Step (2): Create an account or login if you have an existing account with us.
Step (3): Find and select the nearest and most convenient store to you.
Step (4): Review and confirm your reservation
Step (5): Once your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email and SMS to confirm the pickup details.

 

• If you would like to authorize someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, please provide them with a signed letter of consent with their name, phone number, and ID details so they may present it in the store.

• We will keep your reserved order ready for you 24 hours after confirmation.

• If you do not show up within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.

• You can reserve up to 5 items at the same time.
