We, at It's Luxury by Trafalgar, offer complimentary services to all our customers in Kuwait: we are constantly striving to improve the online shopping experience from ordering online, to the delivery, as well as returns, if you are not satisfied.

  • All deliveries on itsluxury.com are complimentary, with no minimum spend. 
  • Orders are delivered every day, excluding Friday and public holidays in Kuwait.
  • Orders placed outside working hours, after the cut-off time and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first working day, following the order's submission.
  • Once your order is ready for delivery, our customer service team or drivers will contact you to schedule the date/hour of the delivery, at your convenience. If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.
  • Delivery timelines provided are estimated. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement. There may be delays during promotional activities, sale season, and public holidays.

RETURNS

 

We offer complimentary returns for our online orders making it easier for you, subject to our Return and Refund policy. Once requested, it will be processed within 3 working days.

 

The item(s) to be returned should be provided in their original packaging at pick up with any other gifts you may have redeemed with the order.

 

Timeline to return

 

  • 14 days for accessories and writing instruments from the delivery of your order or pick-up from a Trafalgar Luxury Group store.
  • 24 hours for jewellery and watches from the delivery of your order or pick up from a Trafalgar Luxury Group store.

REFUNDS

 

Refunds will only be processed after completing the return process, subject to Trafalgar’s Return and Refund policy.
