Making a payment on is convenient. You have multiple payment methods to choose from: 

  • Visa, Mastercard, American express

  • Tabby (free-intreste isntalamnet)

  • Cash on delivery (COD)

  • Apple Pay

  • Knet

  • Store credit


All credit/debit card/Knet payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.

The details on your credit/debit card used to make the payment shall exactly match the ID information of the cardholder.

  • Valid on orders up to 900 KWD

  • Split total payment into 4 monthly installments at 0% interest

  • Pay only 25% of the total due at checkout

COD Threshold 

  • Cash on delivery  is permitted for Orders of up to 500 KD.

  • If you select this option, you can pay the delivery agent upon receiving your order with cash in KD or with your card through our Card machine 

  • Payment with cash on delivery is free of charge. 

  • If you decide to return a COD order, you can choose between a refund via bank transfer or via store credit. 


  • On, all our prices are in KD (Kuwaiti Dinar). 

  •  If you are using foreign credit or debit cards, you should be aware that in some cases the banks may charge you for international transactions. is not responsible for any charges levied by banks.

  •  If you are using foreign credit or debit cards, you should also note that the amount charged to your credit or debit card will be the value of the product displayed in KD (Kuwaiti Dinar) which is converted into the currency of your credit card or debit card at the prevailing conversion rate by the banks.

 Store Credit

  • In case of return,  you can choose to be refunded via store credit that you can use  online or  in any of " Trafalgar General Trading Company" store  in Kuwait. 

  • You store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of refund


 Reserve and Collect

  • Reserve online, pay in store is possible at 

  • How does it work? Choose your product, click on Reserve and collect, and then, create your account and choose which store to pick it up in. 

  • Once done, we will send you a confirmation that the order is ready for you to pick up. We will keep the order ready for you 24 hours after confirmation.

  • If you do not show-up within 24h, your order will be cancelled.

  • You can reserve up to 5 items at the same time. 


Online payment process

  •  After following the necessary steps to place your order, fill in your preferred methods of payment along with your details.

  • You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been received. However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. If paying by credit card, your order will only be accepted once your card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items are located and shipped.

  • From here, you will then receive a second email from us confirming your order. In the event of a problem however, you will quickly be informed and your payment will not be processed.

  • We actually use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. 

  • Rest assured, all credit/debit cards’ details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
