Exchanged product that cannot be desinfected should be in quarantine
Delivery areas and timelines
We currently deliver only in Kuwait.
The deliveries take place between 9am to 9pm. The following options are available for delivery to your address in Kuwait * :
Orders are delivered daily excluding Friday and Kuwait public holidays.
* Orders placed outside working hours, after the cut-off time and/or during any Kuwait public holiday will be deemed placed on the first Kuwait working day following the Order's submission.
Delivery timelines are estimated. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and public holidays.
Once your order is ready for delivery, our drivers will contact you to schedule the date/hour of the delivery at your convenience.
If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

Click & Collect (Order online, pick-up in store)
Itsluxury.com offers you the possibility to collect your order directly from any Trafalgar store in Kuwait. You can find our boutiques here (link to our store locator)
All online purchases made by Knet, credit/debit cards or store credit qualify for our Click and Collect service. Cash on Delivery orders are not elligible for this service.
During the checkout, simply select the ‘Collect in boutique’ option and choose the boutique you would like to pick-up the order from.
Once your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email and SMS to confirm the pickup details.
If you would like to authorize someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, please provide them with a signed letter of consent with their name, phone number and ID details so they may present it in the store.
Reserve & Collect (Reserve online, pick-up in store)
Reserve online, pay in store is possible at itsluxury.com.
How does it work? Choose your product, click on Reserve and collect, and then, create your account and choose which store to pick it up in. If you would like to authorize someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, please provide them with a signed letter of consent with their name, phone number and ID details so they may present it in the store.
Once done, we will send you a confirmation that the order is ready for you to pick up. We will keep the order ready for you 24hours after confirmation.
If you do not show up within 24hours, your order will be cancelled.number and ID details so they may present it in the store.
